Elevare was founded by Einat Bilitzki, a transformation leader with nearly three decades of experience in management consulting, senior leadership roles, and boardroom environments.

Einat has worked closely with leading global consultancy firms and organisations, delivering successful transformations across industries and geographies.

Her expertise spans various sectors, including infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, finance, social services, government, and the primary sector. Her academic background includes a degree in Management and Marketing, a Master of Science in Management, and a PhD in Social Psychology, bringing a distinctive perspective on people, change, culture, and how to create lasting value for shareholders, customers, and communities.
